Psychologist in Dhaka & online
You do not have to carry it on your own.
Maybe it's a low mood that won't lift, anxiety that holds you hostage at school or work, memories that keep replaying, or a habit that is slowly taking over your decisions. From the outside, you look fine. From the inside, keeping it up is exhausting.
I am Tania Subhashita, a psychologist in New Eskaton, Dhaka. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families, in person and online. I offer a warm, strictly confidential space where you can let your guard down, look carefully at what hurts, and take evidence-based steps to rebuild.
What brings you here?

A gentle self-check
How has this week felt?
Tick anything that sounds like the last seven days. It isn't a diagnosis — just a way to notice how much you're carrying. Nothing you tick is saved or sent.
Workshops & conferences
Beyond the therapy room.
